Courtenay Vickers RD, CEDS
Hi! I'm Courtenay Vickers (she/her), and I'm a Registered Dietitian and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist based in Hamilton, Ontario in Canada 🇨🇦
With over a decade of experience as an RD, I'm passionate about weight-inclusive eating disorder care. I use an anti-diet lens, challenge diet culture norms, and look beyond traditional ED care to help folks heal their relationship with food and body.
I've run my own private practice for the past 6+ years, focusing on eating disorders, and have collaborated with many other providers and organizations offering individual nutrition counselling, group facilitation, professional training and supervision, and more within the ED world.
When I'm not supporting folks with their recovery, I can probably be found exploring nature with my dog, baking something in the kitchen or reading a good book.
